ARATA Garden Residences is located in a rapidly growing area of Phnom Penh, near Aeon Mall 2 and Makro. A joint project by Creed, Triple Gem, and Japan’s Hoosiers Holdings, ARATA blends Japanese design, construction quality, and management standards. The project offers 737 homes including Shop Houses, Link Villas, Queen Villas, and King Villas. Designed by architect Hisaya Sugiyama, ARATA features a unique 1-hectare park with shaded walking trails, creating a vibrant community space for residents to relax and connect.
